The completed legalised document is again then sent via email and then posted by signed post to you anywhere in the world within 48 hours.

The apostilled Good Standing Certificate (also known as a certificate of Incumbency) can include any information available on the company register including directors’ names, service addresses, dates of birth, secretaries names, shareholder details including individual shareholdings, company registered office address and any objects of the company.
