The Simple Complete Formations Process
At Complete Formations we have worked hard to ensure that the purchase of your new offshore company is as simple as possible. A logical and straight-forward two part process is all that is required when buying your offshore company.
- The first part of the process is to complete Offshore Company Details Form where you provide us with information on the directors, shareholders/ members and other details which we will need to complete the incorporation.
- The second stage of the process is to make payment via our online shopping cart. We use Worldpay purchasing facilities which, as well as accepting most credit and debit cards, provide one of the securest online payment systems available.

Once we have received both the Offshore Company Details Form and payment we will take one of the following courses of action:
- Where you have specified the company name you would like to use we will make direct contact with our agents in the relevant jurisdiction and confirm to you that the name is available.
- In cases where you have opted to purchase a ready made offshore company, we will provide you with a list of names of companies which are currently available. We will then await your instructions highlighting the name of your choice.
All information and documents relating to your offshore company will be delivered to you in a presentable folder pack for easy navigation and storage.
